Following the success of Stage 1, we are pleased to release the next stage of Family, available now.  This stage features single level, 2 bedroom homes with the same high standard of design and finishes as the popular first stage but all on one level.   Whilst internally the appliances, fixtures and finishes will be the same throughout as Stage 1, we are varying the external finishes and combinations within a select palette to ensure the same standard but introducing variety to provide character and distinction amongst the community.

Construction is underway and due for completion in April 2026.
